Yes, we ship globally and international (non-USA) customers can take advantage of our great pricing and global logistics. Whether you want a server or a buildings controls product shipped internationally or just require a software license delivered to your overseas email, we will be delighted to help you.
Roberto Electronics is headquartered in Flushing, NY and most products ship directly from manufacturers in USA. From single system boards to large systems and high volume, we serve different requirements for global customers. For all international shipments, please note the following:
- You can order online using ‘Bank/Wire Transfer’ method and once we receive the order, we will contact you with bank information. Note – when you submit a ‘bank/wire transfer’ order, no actual financial transaction occurs. It is just an online method to get us the order. OR you can contact us to process your order manually.
- All orders must be prepaid ; We do accept overseas credit cards. We will verify your address and credentials before shipping any product.
- Orders must be remitted in full in US Dollars (excluding any bank transfer or transaction fees)
- Roberto Electronics is not responsible for any VAT/customs/import duties or any other fees associated with release of product in importing country
- We ship globally using international carriers, primarily FEDEX International. It is recommended that you contact us to get accurate international shipping charges as sometimes web rates are not updated. We will try to negotiate and get you the best possible rates.
- If you have your own carrier/logistics/freight forwarder company, you can use them as well
- Roberto Electronics will not ship to any country on the USA embargo list.
We also recommend you contact us to ensure that the product you’re interested in can be shipped overseas. Some products may have different prices for international markets as they may need to ship from different suppliers who specialize in international shipping.
